What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times ( Business Days )
Australia: 7-14 days
New Zealand: 7-14 days
USA and Canada: 7 - 16 days
Europe: 9 - 18 days
Other countries: 14 - 30 days
Orders may take 1-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Due to the current COVID situation we're experiencing delays with Australia Post and logistics partners, all teams are doing the best efforts to arrange deliveries as quickly as possible, our shipments rely on the couriers services and during this month slight delays are expected and announced. Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive a notification from Bounciz via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs or delays with the courier / Australia post processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Please be aware there might be COVID-19 delays on all orders. Australia post has stated that there will be delays and can't guarantee exact shipping times on orders.
With that being said we offer full refunds for any order that doesn't arrive within 30 days.
We are not accepting refunds if your order has not arrived and is still in the quoted deliver time + processing time. We expect that you read our shipping policy before placing your order.

We offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please inspect your parcel as soon as its been delivered, return claims for items that arrived damaged are only applicable for 48 hours from the delivery date. if your item arrived damaged - please contact us within 48 hours to lodge a return claim and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. photos of the items arrived may be required.
Our Returns Policy timeframe is 14 days from when an order arrives at your address.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All Returns are subject to one-time shipping fee of $10 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns for refund or exchange due to change of mind are subject to our approval and may be reduced / required in by the amount of 15% Restocking fee or any applicable shipping and handling fees.
All other approved returns for refund are required in 15% restocking fee (will be deducted from the refund amount).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
